回味食堂創建在2021年的加州爾灣，由具20年總舖師經驗的Rex楊師傅為首，悉心研發回味食堂每一道精緻又具家鄉味的料理。目前餐點主要分為幾個系列，主廚特色菜、台式便當、台式滷味、主廚特製醬料等。其中海參山藥豬肚雞為首波特色主打，開業三周已經在爾灣地區暖了許多饕客的胃，並取得亮眼的成績。今後也會秉持創新亦不忘初心的信念，為在異鄉的台灣遊子打造每一道台味美食，回胃亦回味。

Hui Wei Kitchen, established in 2021, is located in Irvine, California. With 20 years of experience as a master chef, Mr. Rex Yang personally tastes and develops each exquisite and home-styled cuisine at the Hui Wei Kitchen.
Currently, the meal choices fall under the following series:
- Chef's exclusive dishes
- Taiwanese styled bento box
- Taiwanese styled stew mix
- Chef's signature sauces etc.
Since the grand opening, the exclusive dish “Pork Belly Chicken Soup with Sea Cucumber and Yam” has won over many a Gourmand’s heart and continues to receive a high volume of orders and demand!
